We will collect NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEES (not deposits) in the amount of $350 per pet at move in (subject to change dependent on market)
We will collect monthly pet rent in the amount of $30 per pet (subject to change dependent on market)
ALL dogs will require the following documentation to be authorized to live on site.
- Updated vaccination records required by State/Local Law
- Letter from vet stating pet does not display aggressive behavior
- Pet interview required with on-site team
- Photo of pet in resident file
